Contract-for-service, RFI, and RFP submissions
Government agencies, healthcare systems, insurance carriers, property managers, corporate facilities, and referral partners can submit contract-for-service inquiries, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, standing-offer agreements, and related procurement documents to ADORA Biomedical for evaluation and response.
This channel is for business and procurement submissions, not emergencies. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911. For time-sensitive procurement questions, use the contact number above or the Contact page.
Submit a procurement document
Share the essentials about your organization and the opportunity, then attach the RFI, RFP, RFQ, statement of work, contract draft, or related document. ADORA Biomedical will evaluate the submission and respond by the deadline you provide when reasonably possible.
Types of engagements we evaluate
- Contract-for-service inquiries for biohazard and trauma remediation across Metro Atlanta.
- Requests for Information (RFIs) where an agency or organization is scoping potential vendors.
- Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quote (RFQs) for specific projects or programs.
- Standing-offer or on-call agreements with governments, healthcare systems, and property owners.
- Insurance panel or preferred-provider invitations from carriers, TPAs, and networks.
- Referral-partner arrangements with funeral homes, attorneys, victim-service organizations, and healthcare-related organizations.
What ADORA Biomedical does not do through this channel
- Emergency dispatch — use the emergency contact number instead.
- Solicit or accept unsolicited sales pitches or vendor marketing.
- Discuss active investigations. Remediation work begins only after the scene has been released by the appropriate authorities.
How submissions are handled
Submissions are received through this form, delivered to ADORA Biomedical’s Partners inbox, and evaluated internally. Files are stored on ADORA Biomedical infrastructure and retained only as long as reasonably necessary to review the submission and respond. Any confidentiality provisions attached to the submitted documents are respected.
